Design and Structure: This bread maker comes in the rectangular design and consists of a breadboard with the bread rack, slides out in use, it also slides in to the under tray for the easy storage. The body finish is with stainless steel and black combination. The bread maker is made of robustic metal while the lid and the control panel are made of high-grade plastic. The lid opens up and it does consist of a viewing window that enables you to see through the rising of the bread. Designed exclusively for the storage of the paddle and paddle puller on the breadboard. This is a single paddle drive system.

Control panel: Fitted in Team Rapido BBAB7 3 Crust Colours Bread Maker is an easy of operate digital control panel that consists of various buttons for its functions. The select button allows to make the choice of the 12 pre-set programmes, it can be selected by continuously pressing the button and once the selection is been made the programme can be selected with the select button and it can be started. The instant programmes available are basic, whole meal, French, quick, S Y D, Cake, Bake, Pasta, Dough, Butter, Jam and Rapido. The timer setting and the selection of crust colour are also available and the selection goes instant with just the touch of a button.

Programmes, Loaf size and the Crust colour: There are up to 34 pre-set programmes available that goes instantly that is been noted in the control panel and it goes with the set up of the timer. The crust colour settings can be of medium, dark and light. In the programmes 1 to 6 and the programme 12 offers 3 different of crust colours ad can be chosen as per the user desire. This appliance can make bread of sizes 1.0lbs and 1.5lbs. This bread size option is been available in programme 1 to programme 6.

General features:

Add ingredients signal – During the functioning of the programme the bread maker beeps during the second kneading process inorder to intimate that the ingredients is required to be added. This gives a perfect blend to the bread with the ingredients like the nuts, dry fruits, cherries etc..

Built-in breadboard, bread rack – This new technology is been implemented in Team Rapido BBAB 7 Stainless Steel Bread Maker that is located under the machine. The handle cut out of the breadboard is visible in the front view. The rack fits in the board and acts as a storage location for the paddle and the paddle puller.

Delay start – Works on the delay start function except for the programmes coming under the programme 7 to 12. Normally the delay start function can be set up to 12 hours in advance with the help of the up arrow. When during each of the press the time of 10 minutes will be added.
