I have the Morphy Richards branded version of this breadmaker. I bought it because I liked the idea of having a normal-shaped loaf. Big mistake. I have been unable to make a tolerable loaf with this machine, in spite of having considerable experience with other machines.
My recommendation: don’t buy it. Simple.

I have the rachel allen version – my first breadmaker and I was a bit sceptical. I find the digital display very very hard to read, and the recipes must have misprints…FOUR tablespoons of sugar?! even my sweet-toothed son found that too much. I’ll keep experimenting, though this is getting expensive….
