On ringing the Helpline, I was told that since I had purchased it from an Ebay seller, the guarantee was not valid although I was given all the relevant paperwork and the breadmaker arrived in the correct packaging. So far I have not been able to find out how to change the bulb and since this was one of the reasons I chose this model, I am not impressed.
